摘要
研究了茶叶中阴离子 F-、Cl-、NO-2 、Br-、NO-3 、PO3 -4、SO2 -4的离子色谱测定方法 ,色谱条件 :淋洗液浓度为 1 2 mmol/ L Na HCO3 - 0 .6 mmol/ L Na2 CO3 混合液 ,流速为 1 .0 m L/ min。结果表明 ,F-、Cl-、NO-2 、Br-、NO-3 浓度在 0— 80 PPm、PO3 -4、SO2 -4浓度在 0— 1 2 0 ppm范围内 ,该法具有良好的线性关系 ,重现性好。方法简便实用 ,用于实际样品分析 ,所得结果令人满意。
Anion chromatography method for determining F-,Cl-,NO-_2,Br-,NO-_3,PO 3-_4,SO 2-_4 in tea was studied.The separation of the anions was achieved in an 12mmol/L NaHCO_3-0.6mmol/L Na_2CO_3 and a flow rate 1.0mL/min as gradient eluant.The method is simple and useful and has good linearity with correlation coefficients,which been applied to the determination of the anions with satisfactory when the concentration of F-,Cl-,NO-_2,Br-,NO-_3 is between 0 and 80ppm and of PO 3-_4、SO 2-_4 is between 0 and 120ppm.
