摘要
采用凸轮分度法,代替车床上传统的小刀架及分度盘分头法的设计,解决了部分多头螺纹车削的分头误差,从而提高了加工螺纹的配合精度和使用寿命。
The restarting error in multi-start thread turning can be improved by the design of replacing troditional tool post and indexing disk with earn indexing method and the fitting accuracy and working life of the thread cut in this way are increased.
