摘要
目的 探讨新护士在临床初期面对的压力和情感经历。方法 对98名新护士进行了PaganaKD临床压力问卷(CSQ)调查。结果 最突出的压力和情感体验是无信心、发生差错、焦虑、喘不过气等,各因子分高于PaganaKD常模分。结论 有助于管理者、指导者。
Objective\ To investigate the new nurses who start clinical nursing works in their early periods are faced with many stresses and emotional experience associated with nursing practice. Methods\ 98 new nurses were interviewed with the clinical stress questionnaire (CSQ) of Pagana KD. Results The results indicated that highest level they felt are not feeling confident,making mistakes,anxious and overwhelmed etc., all factor scores of CSQ where higher than that of the pagana KD norm. Conclusion This would be helpful for nurse manager,instractor,and nursing staff to understand and cope with these problems.
