Objective\ To take the nursing college students increase the mind of preventing hospital infection and taking part in management and develop the ability of science research. Methods To make clinic teaching plan, creating teach model, carrying out practice and evaluating the result of teaching. Results The mind of hospital infection of the students was mastered.The ability of management and research were begined to grow. Conclusion The teacher helped the students who established the thought of nursing profession while the clinic teaching process;The better to complete the teaching mission, and the better to train the useful talented person of hospital infection control;Be gaining the ability of management and science research bring the teacher and students to benefit together.
