Pondering over Heilongjiang Provincial Development of Ecological Industry

生态产业的产生有其历史必然性,建立可持续发展的生态产业是推动黑龙江老工业基地振兴,实现环境—经济协调发展的重要举措。黑龙江省生态产业的发展已取得一定成效,但一些地区的生态环境依然比较脆弱。就黑龙江省而言,发展生态产业的关键是实现生态效益与经济效益的统一,并把生态建设与产业发展、经济建设融为一体。

It is a historical certainty to appear the ecological industry.Establishing the ecologyical industry of sustainable development is a important measure to promote Heilongjiang provincial development of the old industrial base and balanced development of environment and economy.We have made some achievements in development of Heilongjiang ecological industry,but the ecological environment of some areas are still weak.So far as concerns Heilongjiang province,to bring about the unity of ecological benefit and economic benefit is the key to development of ecological industry,and we should mix the ecological conservation,the industry development,and economic construction together.
