腹腔镜子宫切除与开腹子宫切除临床护理比较

Clinical nursing comparison of the laparoscopic hysterectomy with laparohysterectomy

目的对腹腔镜子宫切除与开腹子宫切除临床护理进行分析比较。方法将腹腔镜子宫切除58例与开腹子宫切除50例分为观察和对照两组,在手术时间、术中出血、术后疼痛及进食、肛门排气时间、住院日数、愈后情况等方面进行观察分析。结果两组比较差异显著(P<0.05),腹腔镜子宫切除创伤小、出血少、痛苦小、恢复快,术后满意度高。结论腹腔镜手术减轻了患者的痛苦,为临床护理带来了诸多便利,应不断总结,使护理操作和护理理论在微创技术应用中有一个新的提高。

Objective To analyze the comparison of laparoscopic hysterectomy with laparohysterectomy.Methods 108 cases performed hysterectomy were divided into laparoscopic hysterectomy group(58 cases) and laparohysterectomy group(50 cases).The operative time,operative hemorrhage,postoperative pain,diet condition,anal pass flatus time,hospitalizing time and postoperative recovery etc.were observed and analysed. Results In the laparoscopic hysterectomy group,the operative incision,operative bleeding, agony etc.were fewer and the postoperative recovery was quicker.Postoperative satisfying degree was higher than that in the laparohysterectomy group.Conclusion The laparoscopic hysterectomy is superior to the laparohysterectomy and careful nursing is essential to improve therapy effect.Comparison in both groups have significant difference.
