试论我国城市化的道路与模式选择

On China’s Way to Urbanization and its Choice of Mode

本文围绕我国城市化的道路与模式选择这一社会热点问题,对非城市化派以及城市化派中的一元、多元模式进行较为全面的研究述评。提出了“二元、非均衡”的新思路:我国现阶段应以是否出现城市群(带)雏形为分类标志,在尚未出现城市群(带)雏形的全国大部分地区推行点式集中城市化模式,而在少部分业已出现城市群(带)雏形的地区推行面式集聚型城市化为主、扩散式城市化为辅的发展战略。

The paper focuses on the hot issue of China’s way to urbanization and its choice of mode.It discusses the non-urbanization school and the monism and pluralism in urbanization school. The new thinking of “dualism,non-equilibrium” is proposed: At the present stage, we should take the situation whether the city groups (belts) of embryonic forms have appeared as the classifying sign, and to pursue the concentrated urbanization mode of dot type in most areas where the city groups (belts) of embryonic forms have not appeared, and to carry out the development strategy in the urbanization mode of gathering type, supplemented with that of spreading type in some parts where the city groups (belts) of embryonic forms have appeared.
