摘要
任何事物的形成与发展都离不开一定的力的推动。法律产生的直接动因在于控制人类的本性和确证私有财产权,客观上它也是社会基本矛盾运动的必然产物。当然,这其中也离不开“法学家”的主观能动。
The formation and development of everything can not be separated from a certain driving force.The direct reason of the production of laws lies in the control of human nature and confirmation of private property.It is also the inveitable result of the movement of the basic social contradictories and involves the initiative of jurists.
