美蓝标记外科治疗乳腺导管内乳头状瘤102例

Surgical Treatment for Breast Intraductal Papilloma Stained by Methylene Blue

目的:探讨治疗乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的有效方法。方法:采用美蓝标记切除蓝染导管及腺体的方法治疗乳腺导管内乳头状瘤102例,评价其疗效。结果:导管内乳头状瘤76例,导管内乳头状瘤病26例。随访95例(93. 1% ),术后原导管溢液治愈,无复发。结论:采用美蓝标记切除蓝染导管及其腺体是治疗乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的可靠方法。

Objective :To study the effective therapy of breast intraductal papilloma.Methods :One hundred and two patients with breast intraductal papilloma were treated by resection of the tissue stained by methylene blue.The effect was evaluated.Results :The pathological diagnosis of the patients were 76 cases with breast intraductal papilloma and 26 cases with breast intraductal papillomatosis.Ninty five patients (93.1%)wree followed up,all patients were cured without recurrence after operation.Conclusion :Resection of the tissue stained by methylene blue in treating breast intraductal papilloma is a reliable and effective method.
