新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病50例CT诊断与临床分析

CT Diagnosis and Clinical Analysis of 50 Neonates with Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy

目的: 了解新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的CT诊断与临床诊断符合率,进一步提高对该病的认识。方法: 回顾性分析我院1998年8月至2004年5月收治的50例HIE患儿临床特点及CT检查结果。结果:CT诊断与临床诊断符合率:轻度为84. 6%,中度为96. 4%,重度为100%,总符合率为93. 6%。结论:CT检查对新生儿HIE的早期诊断、治疗及评价预后具有重要的参考价值。

Objective:To study the coincidence rate of CT diagnosis and clinical diagnosis in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) and to learn more about this disease. Methods: The clinical charecteristics and CT results of 50 neonates with HIE in our hospital from August 1998 to May 2004 were analysed. Results:The coincidence rates of CT diagnosis and clinical diagnosis are:mild(84.6%),moderate(96.4%),severe(100%) and total coincidence rate(93.6%). Conclusion:CT examination has an important reference value in early dignosing ,treating and predicting prognosis of neonatal HIE.
