摘要
目的: 提高静脉输液通畅率,减轻患者痛苦。方法:将输液故障针柄在原穿刺处逆时针旋转180度(旋转时切忌用力过猛),使针头斜切面在血管内处于向下状态。结果:采用改良法处理输液故障,输液通畅率为98%,而采取传统法处理输液故障,通畅率为81%,经统计学处理,两组输液故障排除后通畅率有统计学意义(P<0. 01)。结论:当遇到输液针头在血管内斜面紧贴血管壁所致的输液不畅时,调整针头斜面向内是最有效的解决方法。
Objective: In order to make transfusion flow more smoothly and relieve the pain of the sick.Methods:To turn the handle of the needle which has been veinpunctured , at 180° anticlockwise (trying not to do that sharply) and keep the needle down inside the vein. In this way the flowing rate can be raised at 98%, while it is at 81% in a traditional way. Results :By the examination of χ~2 the flowing rate between them is obvious(P<0.01). Conclusion: When transfusion is blocked or doesn’t go easily, just turn around the needle until its slant head down ,by which it works efficiently.
