摘要
本文用ＧＣ／ＭＳ法对小鼠尿中克仑特罗及其代谢物进行鉴定、分析，检出了一个代谢物并建立了分析方法。
The methods were established for the analysis of clenbuterol and. its metabolite. 3 mg of clenbuterol hydrochloride to & rats,the urine samples were extrated with diethylether-isopropanol and derivatized with MSTFA/NH4I. N-dealkylated clenbuterol was identified and the excretion curves of clenbuterol and its metabolite were obtained.
