摘要
目的:探讨抑癌蛋白PTEN和凋亡抑制因子Survivin在基底细胞癌(BCC)中的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测20例BCC和30例正常人皮肤中PTEN、Survivin的表达和分布。结果:20例BCC标本中,PTEN表达下调(P<0.05),Survivin表达增高(P<0.001)。PTEN和Survivin的表达无相关性。结论:PTEN异常低表达和Survivin异常高表达可能与BCC的发生、发展有关。
Objective: To explore the expression of PTEN and an anti-apoptosis factor Survivin and its significance in basal cell carcinoma (BCC). Methods: The expression and distribution of PTEN and Survivin in the skin lesion and normal skin were detected by immunohistochemical technique streptavidin - peroxidase (sp) in 20 cases of BCC and 30 normal controls. Results: The expression of PTEN was down - regulated in BCC ( P < 0.05) . The expression of Survivin was up - regulated ( P < 0.001). The expression of PTEN was not correlated with that of Survivin. Conclusion: The abnormal expression of PTEN and Survivin may contribute to the oncogenesis and development of BCC.
