API/MS Studies on the Complex of a Macrocyclic Schiff Base

对新合成的大环Ｓｃｈｉｆｆ碱－钠配合物（配体Ｌ的分子量为６７３），用电喷雾电离（ＥＳＩ）及大气压化学电离（ＡＰＣＩ）进行了质谱分析，并将其与快原子轰击（ＦＡＢ）质谱分析结果进行了比较。结果表明，不同电离方式的质谱检测均能得到该配体与不同金属离子配合物的离子峰，但所得到的质谱图却明显不同。ＦＡＢ质谱仅获得［ＮａＬＨ３］＋离子峰，而在ＥＳＩ质谱图上有较强的［ＬＨ４］＋离子峰；

A new poly-sodium complex (Na3L) of a macrocyclic Schiff base was studied byAPCI and ESI mass spectrometry. The results compared with the correspoding FAB/MSindicate that main species of the compound have been observed by these techniques butthe obtained spectra were different. The FAB/MS only gave a fragment of [NaLH3]+,while the ESI/MS gave an intense peak of [LH4]+. Parent molecular ion as well as otherspecies were found in the APCI/MS.
