摘要
伴生有黝铜矿和砷黝铜矿的黄铜矿是一种比较典型的铜矿种。因其砷锑含量高,直接冶炼时会严重恶化冶炼环境,故在冶炼前必须进行脱砷脱锑预处理。文章研究采用水蒸气焙烧处理富含砷锑的黄铜精矿,考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、物料粒度、水蒸气流量和气氛对脱砷脱锑的影响。结果证明采用水蒸气焙烧的方法可以较为彻底地脱去砷和锑,达到冶炼的要求,并且和传统的预处理措施相比,成本低,污染程度轻。
A volatilization roasting process under water vapor is used to remove As and Sb from copper sultide concentrate with high content of nepaulite and temantite.The influence of reaction time,temperature,particle size of ore,steam flowrate and atmosphere on the process are invesigated.The results shows this method can be effectively used for remove As and Sb from the concentrate to meet the requirement of smelting and has the advantages of low cost and low environmental pollution.
