摘要
合金化或微合金化作为改善合金性能或设计新型合金的重要手段之一,目前已普遍应用于 Mg-Al 系耐热镁合金的研究开发中。综述了 Mg-Al 系耐热镁合金中合金元素 Al、Zn、Mn、Sb、Bi、Sn、Si、RE、Ca 和 Sr 的作用行为,重点分析了 Al 和 Zn 2种主体元素对 Mg-Al 系耐热镁合金组织和性能的影响,讨论了合金元素使用中存在的问题和今后的发展方向。
Alloying elements addition is an important method to improve alloy property or design new al- loys,and has been widely used to study and develop Mg-Al based elevated temperature magnesium alloys at pre- sent.In this paper,the function of alloying elements such as Al,Zn,Mn,Sb,Bi,Sn,Si,RE,Ca and Sr in Mg-Al based elevated temperature magnesium alloys are reviewed,and the effects of Al and Zn on the structure and property of Mg-Al based elevated temperature magnesium alloys are analyzed emphatically.Finally,the existing problems and development direction about the using of alloying elements are discussed.
