快淬La-Mg-Ni系贮氢电极合金的结构与电化学性能 被引量:2

摘要 铸态及快淬态 La_2Mg(Ni_(0.85)Co_(0.15))_9Cr_(0.1)贮氢电极合金主要由(La,Mg)Ni_3相(PuNi_3型结构),LaNi_5相以及少量的 LaNi_2相组成,各相的含量与淬速有关。与铸态合金相比较,快淬态合金放电平台电压降低,快淬使合金的循环寿命都有不同程度的提高。铸态和快淬态合金均具有良好的活化性能。 La_2Mg(Ni_(0.85)Co_(0.15))_9Cr_(0.1) hydrogen storage electrode alloy prepared by casting and rapid quench- ing consists of(La,Mg)Ni_3 phase(PuNi_3-type structure),LaNi_5 phase and a small amount of LaNi_2 phae.The rela- tive amount of each phase in the alloys depends on the quenching rate.Compared with as-cast alloy,discharge plateau voltage decreases in the as-quenched alloys.The cycle lives of as-quenched alloys increase slightly with the increase of quenching rate.The as-cast and quenched alloys have an excellent activation performance.
