领导—部属交换对员工绩效和组织承诺的影响 被引量:49

摘要 本文探讨在中国大陆文化背景下,领导—部属交换(leader- memberexchange, LMX)对员工的工作绩效,组织承诺和组织公民行为等工作结果的影响。来自不同企业的203名中层管理者及他们的直接主管参加了本项研究。回归分析的结果表明,领导—部属交换对员工的工作绩效有显著的正向影响;此外,领导—部属交换对员工的组织承诺和组织公民行为也有显著的正向影响。
