刺果甘草化学成分的研究

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Pricklyfruit Licorice(Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora)

从刺果甘草Glycyrrhizapallidiflora的根和根茎中分得42个化合物结晶（晶Ⅰ～ⅩⅩⅩⅩⅡ）。经理化鉴别和光谱分析推定其中的晶Ⅷ是新化合物，为3β-hydroxy-oleana－11，13（18）-diene－30－oicacid，命名为刺果甘草酸（glypallidifloricacid）。晶Ⅲ是后莫紫檀素（homopterocarpin），文献报道有抗癌活性。晶Ⅸ是大豆皂醇B（soyasapogenolB）。晶Ⅲ、Ⅸ均是首次从该植物中分得。

Forty-two compounds (Ⅰ ~ⅩⅩⅩⅩⅡ ) were isolated from the root and rhizomc of Glycyrr hiza pallidiflora Maxim.. Three (Ⅲ, ⅤⅠⅠⅠ, Ⅸ ) of them were elucidated by spectroscopic and chemical metbods as homopterocarpin (Ⅲ), 2β-hydroxy-oleana-11, 13 (18 ) -diene-30-oic ac id (Ⅷ ) and soyasapogenol B (Ⅸ ), Ⅲ and Ⅸ were isolated for the first time from G.paltidifl ora Maxim., Ⅷ is a new compound, named glypallidifloric acid.Studies of the chemical structure of the other thirty-nine components are in progress
