摘要
从豆科植物大果油麻藤Mucunamacrocarpa的藤茎中分得7个成分,通过化学反应,mp,IRMS,1H及13CNMR(DEPT)等分别鉴定为羽扇烯酮(lupenone,Ⅰ)、无羁萜(friedelin,Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇、△5,22-豆甾烯酸(△5,22-stigmasten-3β-ol,Ⅳ)、二十四烷酸α-单甘油酯(tetracosanoicacid2,3-dihydroxypropylester,Ⅴ)、二十五烷酸α-单甘油酯(pentacosanoicacid2,3-dihydroxypropylester,Ⅳ)、二十六烷酸α-单甘油酯(hexacosanoicacid2,3-dihydroxpropylester,Ⅶ)、其中Ⅵ为一新化合物,而Ⅵ和Ⅶ作为天然产物首次从植物中分得。
Seven compounds were isolated from the stems of Mucuna macrocarpa Wall. (Fabacae ). On the basis of spectral data and chemical reactions, their structures were elucidated as lupenone (Ⅰ ), friedelin (Ⅱ ), 6-sitosterol (Ⅲ ), △5,22 -stigmasten-3β-ol (Ⅳ), tetracosanoic acid 2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester (Ⅴ ), pentacosanoic acid 2, 3-dihydroxypropyl ester (Ⅵ ),hexacosanoic acid 2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester (Ⅶ). Ⅵ is a new compound, while Ⅴ and Ⅶwere obtained from nature for the first time.
