摘要
目的探讨早产产妇的免疫功能与早产的关系。方法采用单克隆抗体APAAP法和免疫比浊法,分别检测早产产妇及其早产儿,足月产产妇及其足月儿的T淋巴细胞亚群和免疫球蛋白。结果早产产妇CD+4细胞增高,CD+8细胞降低,CD+4/CD+8比值增高,与足月产产妇间差别有显著性意义(P<0.05);早产儿免疫球蛋白较足月产儿明显降低。结论早产产妇细胞免疫相对增强,失去了对胎儿的免疫保护作用,因此不能维持正常妊娠,母体的这种免疫功能变化很可能是早产的一个重要原因。
Objective To investigate the relationship between puerpera′s immune function and premature delivery.Methods T lymphocyte subpopulation and immunoglobulins of premature delivery puerperas and their prematures,term delivery puerperas and their full-term infants were measured with monoclonal antibody APAAP and turbidimetric method.Results CD 4 T lymphocytes and CD 4/CD 8 ratio were significantly higher in premature delivery puerperas than those in term delivery puerperas.While CD 8 T lymphocyte was markedly lower in premature delivery puerperas than that in term delivery puerperas.The immunoglobulin level was significantly lower in prematures than that in full-term infants.Conclusion Cellular immunity function of the premature delivery puerpera can enhance relatively and lose immunoprotection for their fetus,therefore,normal pregnancy can′t be maintained;this change of puerpera′s immune function may be an important cause to premature delivery.
