人工脑脊液置换治疗高血压性脑室出血

The Treatment of Hypertensive Intraventricular Hemorrhage with Artificial Cerebrospinal Fluid Replacement

目的研究高血压性脑室出血的新疗法。方法将60例高血压性脑室出血患者随机分为研究组与对照组,研究组给予药物加人工脑脊液置换治疗,对照组给予药物加侧脑室引流术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后15、90、180d临床疗效间差别均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论人工脑脊液置换术可能成为高血压性脑室出血的有效治疗方法。

Objective To study the new treatment for hypertensive intraventricular hemorrhage.Methods 60 patients with HIVH were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.Both two groups were treated with drugs,while the study group added artificial cerebrospinal fluid replacement,the control group added drain treatment of the side ventricle.The effect on different treatments was compared between two groups.Results Significant difference were found after treatment on 15,90,180 days between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The artificial cerebrospinal fluid replacement should be an effective method on the treatment of hypertensive intraventricular hemorrhage.
