抗血小板药物研究新进展 被引量：1

摘要 目的血小板活化在缺血性脑卒中的发病过程中发挥着重要的作用,抑制血小板的黏附、聚集和释放功能可以有效预防动脉血栓的形成,随着抗血小板药物研究的逐渐深入,目前临床出现了多种可供选择的抗血小板药物,本文对此进行如下综述,并着重介绍近年来阿司匹林的一氧化氮衍生物(NO-Aspirin)的研究新进展。
