冠心病社区照顾路径应用的评价研究

Application and Evaluation of Clinical Pathway for Coronary Heart Disease in Community

目的 评价所建立的适合我国城市社区人群的冠心病社区照顾路径的效果、效益、可行性和可推广性。方法 采用同期非随机对照试验和个人深入访谈法, 对所建立的社区照顾路径进行评价。结果 实施冠心病社区照顾路径有利于改善患者的功能状态、改善医疗服务质量, 使患者感到满意。结论 冠心病社区照顾路径规范了医疗服务, 提高了服务质量, 是适合我国医疗实践的一种综合性的医疗管理照顾方法。

Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness, benefit, feasibility and popularity of the clinical pathway developed in urban community for the patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The clinical pathway developed in urban community was evaluated by non-random concurrent controlled trial and individual depth interview.Results The clinical pathway developed in urban community for coronary heart disease improved the patients′ functional status, improved the quality of medical care service and the satisfaction of patients in experimental group.Conclusion The clinical pathway developed in urban community for patients with coronary heart disease is necessary to standardize the medical care service and enhance the medical quality. It may be a comprehensive method for disease management in our country.
