用高压液相色谱法测定三棵针根皮、根木、茎皮、茎木、叶中小檗胺（berbamine），药根碱（jatrorrhizine）、巴马亭（palmatine）、小檗碱（berberine）的含量。

Four alkaloids, berbamine, jatrorrhizine, palmatine, berberine present in different parts of sankezhen, a berberis plant in Gansu Province, were determined by HPLC
