牵引复位加经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折

The Clinical Therapy of Spinal Osteoporotic Fracture with PVP and Three Dimensional Traction

目的 探讨三维牵引床复位加经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的方法和效果。方法 对36例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者行三维牵引床牵引复位加经皮椎体成形术治疗。结果 全部随访,2 8例术后1d疼痛消失,8例术后即减轻,第3天消失。2 4例术后3d下床活动,12例术后5日下床活动,椎体压缩高度平均恢复16 mm。随访12个月患者恢复伤前生活,无疼痛,椎体高度无丢失,无并发症。结论 三维牵引床牵引复位加经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折是安全、费用较低、效果良好的治疗方法。

Objective To discuss the method and effect of treating spinal osteoporotic fracture with PVP and three dimension traction. Methods A tatal of 36 patients with osteoporotic fracture of spine were treated by PVP and three dimension traction. Results Pain of 28 patients the pain disappeared after 1 day, 8 patients gained easement of pain after treatment and disappeared after three days. In all patients, 24 patients began to walk after three days, 12 patients after 5 days, the height of vertebral body recovered. All patients who were followed up 12 months recovered to normal life and had not pain and losting of vertebral body height. Conclusion PVP and three dimension traction was safy way with low cost and good effect to treat osteoporotic fracture of spine.
