薇乔网片及其胶原蛋白复合物在体外降解的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察薇乔网片及其胶原蛋白复合物的降解。方法 将薇乔网片和胶原蛋白复合后的薇乔网片,剪成直径为1.5 cm大小,分为6组。浸没在高糖DMEM溶液中,每周取出1组,经过洗涤,冷冻,真空干燥后,称重。结果 薇乔网片和复合后的薇乔网片在4~5周内降解。结论 复合的薇乔网片可作为组织工程的支架材料。 Objective To investigate the degradation of vicryl mesh and vicryl-collagen mesh. Methods Cut the vicryl mesh and vicryl-collagen mesh into 1.5 cm pieces in diameter, and divide it into 6 groups, then immersed in high glucose DMEM medium. Take one group out every week, then wash, froze and freeze-dry, weight it. Results Mesh will degrade within 4 and 5 weeks. Conclusion Vicryl-collagen mesh can be used as a tissue engineering scaffolds.
