前后路联合手术治疗严重下颈椎疾病 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨前后路联合手术治疗严重下颈椎疾病的价值。方法 1期前后路联合减压、自体髂骨植骨或钛网加自体骨植骨、前路自锁钢板固定;后路侧块钢板、钢丝或椎板夹固定治疗严重颈椎骨折脱位合并脊髓损伤7例及钳夹样脊髓型颈椎病4例。观察颈椎稳定性及脊髓功能恢复情况。结果 随访7~2 6个月,所有病例均获得骨性愈合,损伤节段稳定,椎间隙高度及生理曲度都得到良好重建及维持,无明显并发症。脊髓功能均有不同程度的改善。结论 颈椎前后路联合手术减压彻底,稳定性好,有利于脊髓功能恢复。 Objective To investigate the values of the severe diseases of the lower cervical spine treated by operation of the combining anterior and posterior. Methods The anterior locking plate systems and posterior plate, wire or hock were used to stabilize the severe lower cervical disease. There are 7 cases of severe lower cervical fracture and dislocations, 4 patients with pinching cervical spondylotic myelopathy. The stability of the injured segment and the function of the spine cord were observed. Results All cases were followed up from 7 to 26 months without complications. Fusions were reached in all cases. The function of the spinal cord had improvement in different degree. Conclusion The procedure is decompressed completely. The instability of cervical spine is resovled. The treatment is benefit to the patients for the functional recover of the spinal cord.
