摘要
目的比较根管螺纹桩、parapost桩两种成品桩和复合树脂、银汞合金、银粉加强的玻璃离子三种核心材料的抗折强度。方法将60颗上颌前磨牙随机分成六组,截冠后进行桩核制备,比较桩—核复合体抗折强度。将10颗上颌前磨牙随机分成两组,进行桩核冠制备,比较桩抗折强度。结果复合树脂和银汞合金组的抗折强度无明显差异,但均大于银粉加强的玻璃离子组。parapost桩的抗折强度大于根管螺纹桩。结论两种成品桩和三种核心材料中以复合树脂+parapost桩具有较好的修复效果。
Objective The purpose of this in vitro study is to compare the fractural load and failure mode of three core materials(composite resin,silver amalgam,silver enforced glass ionomer) supported by two prefabricated post designs(canal screw dowel,parapost dowel). Methods Sixty maxillary premolars were divided into six groups randomly and the post-core complexes were prepared according to clinical requirements. Variance analysis was used to compare the fractural loads and failure modes of the post-core complexes. Ten maxillary premolars were divided into two groups randomly,the post-core-crowns were prepared. Variance analysis was used to compare the fractural loads and failure modes of the posts. Results There was no significant difference in the fractural load of composite resin and silver amalgam, the silver enforced glass ionomer had the lowest fractural load. Parapost dowel was stronger than the canal screw dowel. Conclusion In this in vitro study, the composite resin with parapost dowel is the most efficient one among the different post-core materials.
