摘要
目的探讨支气管哮喘患儿治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞分泌IL-13水平的变化及其意义。方法采用流式细胞术检测哮喘患儿吸入性糖皮质激素(IGCS)治疗前和治疗14周后外周血中T淋巴细胞分泌的IL-13、IL-4水平,同时测定肺功能,记录视觉量尺(VAS)评分。结果哮喘患儿经IGCS治疗后IL-13、IL-4水平和VAS评分较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01);肺功能治疗前后无显著差异;治疗后IL-13下降与VAS评分呈正相关,而与肺功能改善呈负相关。结论IL-13参与哮喘的发病,IL-13水平可用于监测哮喘疾病的发病和治疗效果。
Objective To study the role of IL-13 in children with asthma and treatment by inhaled glucocorticosteroid (IGCS). Methods Flow cytometry was used to measure the level of IL-13, IL-4 produced by T lymphocyte cells in blood before and after a 14-week course of IGCS in asthmatic children, and at the same time, pulmonary function and visual analog scale (VAS) were recorded. Results Serum levels of IL-13 and IL-4 in children with asthma were decreased after therapy compared to those before therapy(P<0.05, P<0.01). The score of VAS was decreased after therapy compared to that before therapy.Correlation between the decrease of IL-13 and VAS after the- rapy; The decrease of IL-13 was negatively correlated to the FEV1 %pre. Conclusion IL-13 plays an important role in pathogenesis of asthma. IL-13 has great value on detecting development and prognosis of asthma.
