摘要
B细胞的定向分化是多个转录因子参与的复杂调控过程,其中Pax5基因编码的B细胞特异性激活蛋白(BSAP)在B细胞的早期定向分化中起着决定性作用。本文着重从Pax5激活多个B系特异性基因、抑制非B系基因的表达和Pax5-/-proB细胞的多向分化潜能等方面,综述Pax5在B细胞早期定向分化中的作用。
Differentiation of hematopoietic progenitors into the B-lymphocyte lineage requires co-ordination of a complex network of transcriptional regulators. The Pax5 gene, which encodes the B cell specific activator protein (BSAP), is specially expressed in B-lymphoid lineage cells. Pax5 is essential for initiating B cell lineage commitment. This review addresses the role of Pax5, as an activator or repressor, in activating the B cell lineage specific genes and repressing the promiscuous transcriptions of lineage inappropriate genes, as well as the pluripotency and self-renewing capacity of hematopoietic stem cell features in Pax5 -/- pro-B cells.
