与SCADA互补的WAMS中PMU的配置及数据处理方法 被引量:54

摘要 数据采集与监控(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition,SCADA)系统只能提供稳态的、低采样密度的、不同步的电网时间断面信息;广域测量系统(Wide-Area Measurement System,WAMS)虽然能在毫秒级的时间尺度上对电力系统进行同步测量,但在现有技术条件下它还不能完全代替SCADA系统。在相当长的时间内,势必出现两种系统并存、互为补充的局面。文章以基于负荷区的简化核心网完全可观测为原则,提出了一种实用的相角测量单元(Phasor Measurement Unit,PMU)配置方法。该方法利用PMU所产生的精确数据来同步系统其它部分的SCADA数据,并对其加上时间坐标,然后进一步利用状态估计来提高数据精度。该方法有效地考虑了WAMS精确数据与SCADA非精确数据的相互配合,具有一定实用价值。 SCADA can only provide steady, low sampling density and asynchronous power network information at different moments. Wide-Area Measurement System (WAMS) can measure power system synchronously in the time scale of millisecond, but under existing technology condition SCADA cannot be replaced completely by WAMS yet, therefore in a long time period the two systems bound to be coexisting and complementing. Taking the load area classification based simplified kernel network, which is completely observable, as the rule, a practical method for the placement of Phasor Measurement Unit (PMU) is proposed. In the proposed method the SCADA data from other parts of power system are synchronized by the accurate data produced by PMU and the time coordinates are marked off into the former, then the accuracy of the data are further improved by state estimation. Because the coordination of accurate data from WAMS with non-accurate data from SCADA is effectively performed, so the proposed method is practicable.
