摘要
论述了变电站RTU(Remote Terminal Unit)和远动信道发生故障的原因,在此基础上设计了基于GSM(Global System for Mobile communication)无线通信技术的变电站RTU及远动信道故障监测系统。系统由前端机和后台监控系统组成,前端机以C8051F020单片微处理器为核心,辅之以AM7910芯片和GSM通信模块TC35T,实现了现场RTU和远动信道工作状态的测试和数据远程传输。用GSM通信模块TC35T和一台工业控制计算机构成后台监控系统,在监控系统软件支持下,实现了变电站RTU和远动信道故障的远程监测功能。
The causes of the faults occurred in RTU of substations and remote control channels are narrated, on this basis a design scheme of global system for mobile communication (GSM) based fault diagnosis and monitoring system of RTUs and remote control channels, which is composed of front-end microcomputer and background monitoring system, is proposed. In front-end microcomputer, taking the single chip microprocessor C8051F020 as the core and the chip of AM7910 and GSM communication module TC35T as the complements, the testing and data remote transmission of on-site working condition of RTUs and remote control channels are implemented. The background monitoring system consists of GSM communication module TC35T and an industrial control computer, supported by the software of the monitoring system the remote monitoring of faults occurred in RTUs and communication channels is realized.
