摘要
组织知识的流动、开发、迁移、流动的过程也是组织学习的过程。终身学习是组织知识持续迁移达到的根本途径。在组织知识的学习和管理过程中,中层管理是知识流动与管理的关键。本文通过对个体知识、组织知识以及个体学习、组织学习的研究,建立了个体知识、组织知识与个体学习和组织学习流动、迁移、转化的过程模型。
