摘要
以聚砜超滤膜为基膜 ,聚乙烯亚胺、均苯三甲酰氯为界面聚合单体 ,水和正己烷分别为两相溶剂 ,通过界面聚合方法制备荷正电纳滤膜。实验着重考察了Na2 SO4_PEG40 0_H2 O三元混合体系的分离情况 ,结果表明 ,该膜可有效地实现低分子量有机物与Na2 SO4的分离 ;另外 ,随着Na2 SO4或PEG40 0浓度的增大 ,膜对Na2 SO4和PEG40 0的截留率有所降低。
A novel positively charged membran e for nanofiltration (NF) was prepared by interfacial polymerization (IP). For doing so, polyethylenimine (PEI) was used as one monom er of IP reaction, and trimesoyl chloride (TMC) was chosen as another monomer. Water and hexane were applied as the solvents for PEI and TM C, respe ctively. Through the IP reaction a thin selective layer with the positive charge d groups could be formed onto the polysulfone (PS) support membrane. The characterizations of the composite NF membranes were carried out through permeation experiments using different inorganic salts and Na 2SO 4_PEG400_water mixture. The experimental results show that the positively charged NF membrane can be effectively used for separating sulfates from water_soluble organics with low_molecular_weight, and t hat the membrane retention will decrease with increasing feed concentration of N a 2SO 4 or PEG400.
