摘要
蒽醌类化合物是许多中草药中具有多种生物活性的有效成分,有的有泻下作用,有的能抗菌,有的能降压降脂,有的能抗癌,有的能抗病毒,有的能凝血,应用前景非常广阔.本文综述了中草药中蒽醌化合物的存在、性质、提取分离方法和定量分析.
As effective compositions in many Chinese herbal medicine, anthraquinone has different bioactivities. Studies show that it functions very well in evacuating, lowering blood pressure and blood fat, antiviral, anticancer and coagulation. Methods of extraction and separation, quantitative analysis, structural identification are concluded.
