摘要
目的确定胸椎椎弓根外缘外倾角及上倾角在后凸成形术中的临床意义。方法测T1～T12椎弓根外侧缘横突上方至椎体前下1/3于水平面及矢状面投影上的角度。结果T1～T7外倾角及上倾角逐渐减小,T7～T12又逐渐增大。结论T1～T12行后凸成形术时,T5～T8可经椎弓根外入路,T1～T4、T9～T12既可经椎弓根又可经椎弓根外入路。
Objective To determine the clinical significance of lateral obliquity and superior obliquity angles of the thoracic vertebral pedicle. Methods The angles from the lateral side of the pedicle to the anterior-inferior 1/3 part of the T1 to T12 in horizontal and sagittal image were measured. Results The lateral obliquity angle and supevior obliquity angle diminished from T1 to T7 and enlarge from T7 to T12. Conclusion Extrapedicular approach could be used in T5 to T8 but both ex-trapedicular and transpedicular approach can be chosen in T1 to T4 and T9 to T12 when kyphoplasty is done in T1 to T12.
