血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶检测在肺癌诊断中的应用价值

The Clinical Significance of Serum Neuron Specific Enolase Detection in the Diagnosis of Lung Cancer

目的探讨血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)检测在肺癌诊断中的价值。方法对68例原发性肺癌患者、30例急性肺炎患者和30名健康人,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测其血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶水平。结果肺癌组NSE水平明显高于急性肺炎组和健康对照组(P<0.01),且升高程度与临床分期有关。结论血清NSE检测可作为肺癌临床诊断、病情判断的一项辅助参考指标。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of neuron specific enolase (NSE) detection in lung cancer. Methods Using enzyne-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), the serum NSE in sixty eight lung cancer patients, thirty acute pneumonia patients and thirty healthy persons was determined. Results Serum concentration of NSE were significantly higher in patients with lung cancer than that in patients with acute pneumonia and healthy persons. The rising level of NSE was positively correlated with clinical stage. Conclusion Measurement of NSE in serum is very useful for diagnosis and prognosis in lung cancer.
