摘要
利用缺体回交法获得了含一对小染色体的自花结实4D缺体中分别附加0、1和2条4E染色体的3种材料,对自花结实4D缺体小麦附加不同剂量4E染色体后,小染色体在细胞分裂终变期和中期的配对频率观察分析,证明了4E染色体具有促进小染色体与小麦正常染色体分离同步化的作用,且这种作用没有剂量效应.
Null, one and two 4E chromosomes were appended to self fertile 4D nullisomic lines carrying a pair of microchromosomes, which were obtained by means of nullisomic backcrossing. And with the appendages of different numbers of the 4E chromosomes to the self fertile 4D nullisomic lines, the micro chromosome pairing frequencies in their diakinesis and metaphaseⅠ were checked and analyzed, which showed that 4E chromosomes were capable of enhancing the synchronized separation of the microchromosomes and wheat chromosomes and this effect did not depend on 4E chromosome number.
