摘要
对现有设计手册中的行星传动齿数选择方案进行了理论分析,指出国内各机械设计手册中普遍引用的高速行星传动齿数选择上“互质说”的不足.齿数互质能减小振动的说法没有充分的理论根据,利用该方法减振是不正确的.“行星轮相位调谐”理论有着严密的数学基础,基于该理论提出了以减振为目的的修改行星传动基本参数———齿数和行星轮个数的新方法.该方法有助于提高传动的动态性能.
The scheme of teeth number selection in native mechanical design handbooks is analyzed in theory. The parlance of using the prime teeth in high speed planetary gear trains to suppress vibration, which is widely cited in native mechanical design handbooks, is pointed out. Owing to lack of theoretical basis, the parlance is not correct. The theory of planet phasing provides a firm basis for the selection of design parameters to suppress vibration. Based on the theory of planet phasing, a new method, which can improve the dynamic performance of planetary gear trains by changing the number of teeth or planetary gear to suppress vibration, is put forward.
