摘要
为了获得电控柴油机的喷油一致性,测试了电控喷油器之间的差异,得到大量喷油器的喷油持续期统计规律,并提出将测得的喷油持续期的统计平均值作为基准值,采用与之插值的办法消除各个喷油器与基准值之间的差异,获得了良好的喷油一致性.针对实际发动机运转时各缸之间的循环差别,提出利用ECU软件比较各个循环的角速度差,根据差异的大小补偿每缸每循环的喷油量的方法,达到了减少各缸之间的循环运转差异的效果.试验结果表明,与传统直列泵柴油机比较,电控柴油机的动力性、经济性以及排放性能都有所改善,特别是燃油消耗率和排气烟度有大幅度的降低.
In order to obtain the identity of injection,the differences of electronic injection are measured and the average value of injection durations are obtained by statistical calculation.It is suggested that the average value be made a standard value and the injection quantity of all injectors should be the same as the standard value by interpolation. At last the diesel engine can get a good identity of injection.On the other hand, for the cycle variations of every cylinder in diesel engine running, firstly the cycle angular speed of every cylinder is detected. And then, the current speed is compared with the previous speed. The difference between them is decreased by injection volume compensation through ECU software.The test results show that the power,the fuel consumption and exhaust emission of electronic-controlled diesel engine are better than those of prototype diesel engine with in-line pump.Especially,the fuel consumption and smoke of the electronic-controlled diesel engine are favorable compared with the diesel engine with in-line pump.
