苦碟子皂苷对高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢的影响及其抗氧化作用 被引量:14

摘要 【目的】观察苦碟子皂苷(SISS)对实验性高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇、脂蛋白胆固醇代谢的影响及其抗氧化作用。【方法】SISS按100、200、400mg/(kg·d)给大鼠连续灌胃给药15d,测血清总胆固醇、脂蛋白胆固醇及LPO质量浓度,血浆PGI2、TXA2质量浓度,血清和肝脏SOD活性及全血及血浆粘度,并观察肝脏脂肪沉积情况。【结果】SISS200、400mg/(kg·d)能明显降低TG、TC、LDL c、TXA2、LPO及全血粘度,并能明显提高实验性高脂血症大鼠PGI2水平及SOD活性,亦能使TC/HDL c及LDL c/HDL c比值明显降低,PGI2/TXA2比值明显升高,病理检查可见肝脏脂肪沉积明显减轻。400mg/(kg·d)亦能明显提高HDL c含量。【结论】SISS可能通过调节体内血脂代谢,提高PGI2/TXA2比值,纠正自由基代谢紊乱等发挥抗动脉硬化作用。 To observe the effect of sowthistle-leaf ixeris seedling saponins (SISS)on total cholesterol(TC),lipoprotein cholesterol metabolism and antioxidative activity in experimental hyperlipidemia rats.The TC,lipoprotein cholesterol and lipidperoxidation(LPO) contents, prostacycline(PGI_2) and thromboxane(TXA_2) levels,superoxidedismutase(SOD) activity and blood viscosity were measured respectively in hyperlipidemia rats which had been given SISS 100,200 and 400 mg/(kg·d)ip,respectively,for fifteen days.In addition,fat accumulation in liver was observed.The triglyceride(TG),TC,low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-c)in serum,TXA_2 in plasma,LPO in serum and liver and blood viscosity were decreased significantly,and PGI_2 in plasma and SOD in serum and liver were significantly increased by given SISS(200 and 400 mg/kg)in experimental hyperlipidemia rats. Moreover,SISS could decrease ratios of TC/HDL-c,LDL-c/HDL-c,increase the ratio of PGI_2/TXA_2 and inhibit fat accumulation in liver.High density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-c)in serum were significantly increased by given SISS 400 mg/(kg·d) in experimental hyperlipidemia rats.[Conclusion]SISS can inhibit arteriosclerosis by improving cholesterol and lipoprotein cholesterol metabolism, suppressing LPO,and Increasing the activity of antioxidase.
