摘要
【目的】观察烟酸对染矽尘大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液炎性细胞成份的影响。【方法】wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、染矽尘组和烟酸处理组,气管暴露法建立矽肺动物模型,在体全肺肺灌洗法收集支气管肺泡灌洗液,并对白细总数及其分类进行计数。【结果】与对照组比较,染矽尘组相应时间点BALF白细胞总数均不同程度增高,其中1d、7d和28d时增幅较大,均具有显著性差异(P<0.05),7d时达高峰。烟酸组相应时间点BALF白细胞总数亦都高于对照组,其中1d、14d和28d时有显著性差异(P<0.05)。烟酸组各相应时间点BALF白细胞总数与染矽尘组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。对照组比较,染矽尘组相应时间点BALF淋巴细胞均不同程度增高,其中1d、7d、14d和21d时增幅较大,均具有显著性差异(P<0.05),7d时达高峰。烟酸组相应各时间点BALF淋巴细胞均不同程度地高于对照组,其中1d和14d时具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。烟酸组各相应时间点BALF淋巴细胞与染矽尘组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,染矽尘组BALF中性粒细胞从第1d开始增加,一直持续到第28d,其中7d时具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。烟酸组BALF中性粒细胞在相应时间点亦均高于对照组,其中1d时具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。烟酸组BALF中性粒细胞与染矽尘组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。【结论】?
Evaluate the effect of niacin on inflammatory cells in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in rats exposed to silica.Wistar rats were randomly divided into three experimental groups:control group and silica-instilled group and silica -instilled with the niacin diet. The tracheas of rats were exposed surgically ,50 mg of silica dissolved in 1 ml sterile physiological saline was stilled into the trachea served as silica -instilled group. BALF was collected by bronchoalveolar lavaging.Total cell count and differential cell counts in BALF were estimated.Compared to control group,the number of total white cells in BALF were significantly elevated in silica-treated rats at 1 d?7 d?28 d(P<0.05),peaked at 7 days,and significantly elevated in silica-instilled with the niacin diet at 1 d?14 d?28 d(P<0.05). There is no significantly diffence in the number of total white cells in BALF in silica -instilled group and silica-instilled with the niacin die(P>0.05). Compared to control group,the number of lymphocytes in BALF were significantly elevated in silica-treated rats at 1 d?7 d?14 d?21 d(P<0.05),peaked at 7 days and significantly elevated in silica-instilled with the niacin diet at 1 d?14 d(P<0.05). There is no significantly diffence in the number of lymphocytes in BALF in silica-instilled group and silica-instilled with the niacin die(P>0.05). Compared to control group,the number of neutrophils in BALF were elevated in silica-treated rats from 1 d to 28 d,significantly at 7 d(P<0.05)and significantly elevated in silica-instilled with the niacin diet at 1d(P<0.05). There is no significantly diffence in the number of neutrophils in BALF in silica-instilled group and silica-instilled with the niacin die(P>0.05). [Conclusion]Silica can induce the number of total white cells?neutrophils?lymphocytes in BALF elevated;there is no effects of niacin on elevation of total white cells?neutrophils?lymphocytes in BALF in silica-treated rats.
