摘要
需用胰岛素治疗的糖尿病患者过去一般通过注射方式来摄入胰岛素,这给人体带来创伤、疼痛甚至感染,既不方便,又降低了吸收效率。生物医学工程正在研究开发输送胰岛素的无创方式。本文依据其商业化的可行性,依次介绍了几种方案,包括:肺吸胰岛素喷雾、口腔胰岛素喷雾、鼻内胰岛素喷雾、口服胰岛素、胰岛素膏贴、纳米胰岛素泵等。
Diabetes patients in need of insulin therapy normally took in the insulin by injection, which caused trauma, pain, or even infection tothe body. It is both inconvenient and reduces efficacy of absorption. Now biomedical engineering has offered approaches to thedevelopment of noninvasive insulin delivery. Based on the level of commercialization feasibility, this article explores the alternativeroutes for noninvasive delivery including pulmonary, buccal, intranasal, oral, and transdermal insulin administration.
