摘要
本文采用大孔树脂GDX104预分离，结合TLC双波长扫描，测定疏肝止痛片中芍药甙的含量。经对样品测定及稳定性、加样回收率考查，该方法准确，稳定，结果可靠。
A preliminary separation procedure of paeonin in 'shugauzhitong pian' by macro-porous resin GDX-104 and its subsequent quantitative determination by double wavelenth TLC scanniug was developed. Through sample scanning, stability iuvestigation and recovery tests,it reveals that the suggested method was precise and accurate, the results of determination were reliable.
