速效救心丸有显著的对抗垂体后叶素引起的大鼠心肌缺血性ＥＣＧ改变作用。在明显减轻猫的心肌缺血程度同时，血流动力学指标显示对心脏呈负性频率和负性肌力作用，并能降低前后负荷，说明该方剂是通过减少缺血心肌对氧的消耗而发挥抗心肌缺血作用。该药的镇静、镇痛等作用亦可缓解心绞痛患者的症状。

Instant-effect Jiuxin Pills possesses the significant antistatic action against the change in the ischemic ECG of rat heart-muscle,induced by hypophysin.At the same time of decreasing the degree of blood deficit of cat heart-muscle,the dynamics indexes of blood flow indicated that it showed the actions of negative frequency and negative muscle force on heart,and decreased the front and the back load,which suggested that this medicine produce the antistatic action against blood deficit of heart-muscle by decreasing the oxygen consumption of heart-muscle with blood deficit.Its sedative and antalgic actions can also relieve the symptom of angina pectoris patients.
