紫外分光光度法测定蜜丸中5－羟甲基糠醛的含量

Determination of 5-Hydroxymethyl Furfuraldehyde(5-HMF)in Honey Pills by UV Spectrophotometry

采用紫外分光光度法测得六味地黄丸等４种蜜丸中５－羟甲基糠醛的含量为１０．１～１３．７％（ｍｇ／ｇ）。所用方法操作简便，重现性和准确度均较好，可用来评估蜜丸的内在质量。

The contents of 5-hydroxymethyl furfuraldehyde(5-HMF)in four kinds of honey pills (Liuweidihuang Pills,etc.)were determined to be 10.1-13.7%(mg/g)by UV spectrophotometry.This method is simple,involving good reproducibility and accuracy.It may be applied to the evaluation of internal quality of honey pills.
