用一阶导数紫外分光光度法测定复方巴戟补肾胶囊中淫羊藿甙的含量。以７０％乙醇为溶剂，回流提取，在全自动扫描或手动分光光度计上测定，得平均回收率：ＵＶ－２６０为９９．７％，ＲＳＤ为０．２２％；７５１－ＧＷ为９９．３％，ＲＳＤ为０．５９％，ｎ＝５。

Icariin content in Compound Bajibushen Capsule was determined by lst derivative UV spectrophotometry.The sample was refluxed and extracted with a solvent 70%alcohol and determined by full-automatic scanner or a hand spectrophotometer.The average recoveries for UV-260and 75 1-GW were 99.70%(RSD=0. 22%)and 99.3%(RSD= 0.59%),respectively,n=5.
