脉络宁治疗冠心病疗效观察

Investigation on Curative Effect of Meiluoning(Radix Scropulariae,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,etc.)for Coronary Heart Disease

脉络宁注射液具有活血化瘀，行气止痛，滋补心阴等功效。临床观察缺血性心血管疾病４０例，以每日静滴脉络宁３０ｍｌ，１４ｄ为一疗程，结果显效２０例，改善１８例，总有效率为９５％。对头晕、头痛、胸闷、心悸等症状的改善显效２１例，有效１５例，总有效率为９０％。

Meiluoning possesse the following function:to promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis,to promote vital energy circulation and alleviate pain,to nourish heart-yin,etc.Its clinical curative effect was observed for ischemic cardiorascular disease on 40 cases(following intravenous drip administration:30ml/d,14d per course of treatment).20 cases of obvious effective rate and 18 cases of improvement are showed among 40 cases.The total effective rate is 95%.Among 21 cases with symptoms of dizziness,headache,feeling of oppressionin the chest and palpitation there are 15 effective cases.And the total effective rate is 90%.
