摘要
21世纪的竞争是人才的竞争。怎样出人才? 教育出人才。教育这个词, 在日常生活中常常连用。其实, 我们可以从不同角度去理解, 可从静态理解, 也可从动态理解; 可以整合理解, 也可以分开理解。在这里我们把“教”与“育”视为教育的两个不同侧面加以阐述, 从中可以发现“教”与“育”在不同历史条件下的地位和作用是各有侧重的。
The competition in the 21st century will be the competition of talent. How is the talent born? Education may give birth to talent. In daily life, the words “teach” and “cultivate” are often used together indicating the meaning of education. Education can be understood from different points. Education can be understood from static and dynamic points and can also be understood together or separately. This thesis will illustrate education from two side-aspects, teaching and cultivation, from which it can be found that the status and functions of those two aspects received different emphasis under different historical stages.
